Now it's time to meet our mom & dad...

Our mom is Liz; she's 36 (May 18th).  She is the best mom...she loves to take pictures (obviously), it's her "most fun" hobby...she loves to scrapbook too!  Mommy also loves to bake and cook; in the summer she is mostly found in the garden.  She loves planting flowers and herbs and doing yardwork.  She is always doing fun stuff with us kids.  Mom takes us shopping a lot too!
:0( We usually hate that!

Mom stays at home with us kids, mostly because she loves us.  She is going to graduate school to get her master's degree probably in Special Education or Psychology...she hasn't quite decided yet! Mom doesn't actually plan on teaching until Madison is old enough for Kindergarten.  She would love to teach kindergarten or first grade.  She used to be a substitute teacher at my school but since Madison has arrived...she's mostly running her to therapy but does get to visit my class sometimes.

My mom also is vice president of the local Ladies' Auxiliary at the Sweetwater Firehouse.  It's a good night out for her!  Boy, does she deserve it!  Mom also sells stuff on the internet, mostly through EBay.  She loves to buy and sell things!  Mom also loves to read and write and sometimes finds the time to write for our local town paper! Mom is the best!!

Our Dad is Scott, is also 36 (October 20th).  Our Dad is the greatest dad ever.  He is a very committed father and husband.  Our dad works a lot and just recently changed jobs...we have no clue what he does now...it is TOP SECRET.  He also does a lot of construction work and hires outside contractors on the side.  Our dad loves to hunt and fish.  He caught a huge sailfish on a trip from Florida to New Jersey last summer (on a big yacht).

Daddy loves boating and the river, he is always taking his family on boating adventures!  Daddy is proud of his boat, he has done most of the work to it himself. Daddy likes to buy and sell boats when he has the extra time and money...he likes refurbishing them!  It's his hobby since he was a kid.

Daddy also loves to build things like my treefort and our house.  He built it himself, boy were we proud.  We also go four-wheeling on our quads together; there is a local pit we ride in.  We love playing outside together, especially catch or hockey, basketball too.  I always beat him!  Dad likes to help mom in the garden too and loves to mow the lawn...he likes the smell. Down by the river we have fun swimming and using the waverunners and at a days end we will all cuddle up in the hammock and watch the boats go by or BBQ some dinner.

Daddy and Mommy have been together since 1990, they went to high school together and met in Sweetwater on the Mullica River...it's been like a fairytale ever since.  We are always doing things as a family and love to camp, hike, and swim.

Well that's about it...but most importantly...Our parents love us more than words can express...and the feeling is mutual I think!
